Carmen Baier believes in living a full and multi-faceted life, and sees physiotherapy as a way to help her clients to do the same!
She is fascinated by the whole-body movement system and the role that habitual movement and postural patterns can have in injury and pathology. She aims to provide treatments that enhance the wellbeing, lifestyle and experience of each of her clients. She uses holistic and individualised assessment to tailor physiotherapy treatment to each clients’ needs.
Carmen B has varied interests. Growing up in rural Zimbabwe instilled a deep love of the outdoors and wildlife, and she recognizes that embracing an active lifestyle attuned to the environment brings extra richness to life.
